In late 2020, Karl appeared on the trainwreckstv podcast and stated that he is close to being asexual. On 3rd November 2020, Karl took to Twitter to clarify what he said. “On trainwreckstv scuffed podcast the other day, I said I felt I am close to being asexual,” Karl wrote. “Wanted to explain that when I say that I mean like on the spectrum I am close to it but not 100% there.”
Asexuality is a spectrum that covers lots of different variables. There is no one-size-fits-all definition of asexual. For instance, you can find an asexual who has no interest in sex but who will engage in sex with a partner who is interested in sex. You can also find an asexual who is not, and will never be, interested in sex no matter the circumstance.
